We are looking for the new face of Dry Goods Tees and our model search happens tomorrow at Diaper-eez located at 2309 Bloor Street West. We are guaranteeing a mini-shoot for the first 75 kids to come to the store tomorrow between 9 am and 1 pm. An ENORMOUS poster with all the mini-models will then hang in the store for the month of July and you can go in and VOTE for your favorite!

We LOVE the new House and Home!
Yep, that is me! If you know me well you know that I am OBSESSED with design (which probably explains why I get waaay too excited about helping you with framing and displaying your portraits) and devour my favorite design mags each and every month with glee. A typical Sunday morning involves my hubby, Kyle, doing his Sunday morning sleep in, while I bounce out of bed when the sun comes up to read Metropolitan Home, Dwell, Domino (sniff, sniff this mag folded a few months back and it is my all time favorite design mag – i have EVERY issue) and more recently I have added Canadian House and Home to the list. Suzanne Dimma, formerly of Wish, is the new editor and with her appointment, the mag has gone under a bit of refurbishment. It now kicks BUTT! I had to share my thoughts with the editors and lo and behold when I dug into the July issue there I was – in LIGHTS! Now, the mag edited my letter pretty severely, but it is kept to basic theme (minus my lamenting of Domino’s demise). The discovery has made my week.

In keeping with great ways to display and share your family portraits, I am loving Cameron McNeil’s blog post from H&H about photo walls. We have been building these family portrait ledge walls with several amazing families over the past few years with amazing results. Stylish, fun and evolving over time!

The perfect way to display family portraits that evolve as your family grows!
